Shipping and Tax

Order confirmation:

After placing your order, your order will be placed in a confirmation queue. Our staff will confirm the order you place on the web and transfer order information to the production unit to process the order. After confirming your order, we will send you an email to notify you that your order has been successfully confirmed. Sometimes this order confirmation and email sending process happens automatically. The order confirmation process can take up to 24 hours.

Shipping Time:

Delivery location: At the customer’s address

Cut-off time: 10:00 pm (GMT -6)

The estimated time from when your order is confirmed to when it is successfully shipped to your address depends on two factors:

+ Handling time: 2 – 4 business days

This is the time it takes for our staff to process the order, pack it and transfer it to the shipping partner. Order processing time depends on the item you have ordered.

+ Transit time: 6 – 8 business days

This is the time it takes for the shipping company to deliver your order to your address. Shipping time depends on the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Total delivery time: 8 – 12 business days.

The total expected time from the time you place an order to the time your order is shipped to your requested address is about 8 – 12 business days.

Business day: We do not work on Saturday and Sunday, so our business day is calculated from Monday to Friday
Holiday and peak seasons: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, it may take additional 7 days for both domestic and international delivery.

Shipping Methods in the United States

We use Standard Shipping option and USPS, Fedex shipping partner for almost orders.
95% of our orders are delivered on time, and we encourage you to review our estimated delivery timeframes before placing your order. Your satisfaction is our priority, and if for any reason you do not receive your package within the stated timeframe on our website, we are committed to providing you with two options: a resend or a refund, based on your preference. Simply reach out to us at support@closestox.com, and we’ll promptly address the situation to ensure your complete satisfaction.

International Shipping:

Thank you for your interest in our products. Currently we are only focusing on developing the US market. We do not provide goods or services to other countries.

Order Tracking:

Once we confirm your order and forward it to the shipping partner, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link for your order. If you check this link and see no shipping information yet, this means the carrier hasn’t processed your package yet. After the carrier scans your package into the system, shipping tracking information will appear on the tracking website.
If after 10 business days, your order is still in “Shipping” status, please contact our customer support department via email support@closestox.com so we can promptly process it.

Shipping Fee

Free Shipping in the United States

Our shipping fee is a flat rate of $0 for all orders. Whether you purchase 2, 3, or even 5 products, the shipping cost remains the same at just $0. It’s our way of making shopping with us more convenient and cost-effective for you.
If the shipping tracking code status is complete but you have not received your order, first please check around your house as it may be hidden somewhere. If it is still not helping you, please contact the shipping company we included in the shipping status email notification. If this still does not resolve the issue, please contact the support team at support@closestox.com.

Shipping the order to multiple addresses

Fulfillers ship only to single destination shipping. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separate addresses.

Shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses (restriction addresses)

When entering billing information, set City to APO, FPO, or DPO, State/Province/Region to AA, AE, or AP, and Country/Region to the United States when shipping to an APO, FPO, or DPO. Standard shipping deliveries may take up to 40-45 days to arrive at these addresses. Please note that once your parcel has entered a military area, we will not be able to update the shipping status due to security reasons.

Note: Only available for POX box or Military APO/FPO within the US.

Tax policy

All product prices displayed on our website have been inclusive of any requisite taxes. The listed price is the exact amount you’ll be charged, ensuring no additional tax fees at checkout.
