Order Changes And Cancellations

The order can be canceled free of charge,  IF  our order has not progressed in our system. You have 24 hours from the time of order placement to make modifications or request a full cancellation. Please contact our support team at support@closestox.com for immediate assistance.

If the order has entered the production phase (after the 24-hour window), unfortunately the order can no longer be cancelled, but possible returns will be made in accordance with normal return policies.

If significant modifications are required, please contact us to cancel your existing order. You may then place a new order to ensure accuracy.

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address until your order leaves our facility!

Style, Size, and Color Changes

As long as changes are requested before the production phase, we can make any changes necessary. Send us an email here with your order number in the subject line and any changes in the body. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible and make it happen!
